The Florida Diagnostic and Learning Resources System (FDLRS) provides diagnostic and instructional support services to district exceptional student education programs and families of students with exceptionalities statewide. FDLRS supports the State Board of Education Strategic Imperatives of highly effective teachers and improved student rates of learning and independence. The FDLRS Network includes nineteen Associate Centers that serve from one to nine school districts. These Centers collaborate with districts, agencies, communities and other personnel and educational entities, providing education and support for teachers, parents, therapists, school administrators, and students with exceptionalities. Each Center includes specialists in the areas of Child Find, Human Resources Development (HRD), Parent Services, and Technology.
Center activities focus on enhancement of learner outcomes, increased student achievement, partnerships between families and professionals, early childhood identification and evaluation, professional development, assistive and instructional technology and interagency collaboration. Services are available to district, agency, community and other personnel working with students with disabilities and their families.

The Florida Diagnostic and Learning Resources System (FDLRS) is funded by the State of Florida,
Department of Education, Bureau of Exceptional Education and Student Services, through
Federal assistance under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), Part B;
Idea Part B, Preschool; and State General Revenue Funds.
