This year’s conference featured nationally known keynote speakers as well as some of the brightest and best educational leaders. Through the On-Demand videos you will hear and see:

Bob and Dr. Megan Tschannen-Moran

2 hour pre-conference and 1 hour concurrent sessions — The Tschannen-Morans’ presentation will help school administrators build a climate where educators will learn to value the awareness, choices, and responsibility of those who are teaching and delivering instruction. Instead of analyzing what’s wrong and fixing weaknesses, administrators will learn to appreciate what’s right and build on strengths. By inviting teachers and other stakeholders into the innovation process as valued collaborators, who need not fear the consequences of sharing their experiences, expressing their feelings and needs, exploring strengths, imagining new possibilities, and experimenting with how best to meet the educational needs of students, administrators can transform their school.

Most of his experiences have been in schools that made significant growth in short periods of time resulting in both National and State Blue-Ribbon distinction. During these sessions, Peters will share some secrets to success.
