Description:
Executive functioning is the cognitive process that encompasses an individual's ability to organize thoughts and activities, prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and make decisions.
This session will provide information on the three principles of Universal Design for Learning. The session will provide information on the use of digital tools for executive functioning to support UDL in the classroom.

Outcomes:
As a result of this training participants will: identify the three principles of Universal Design for Learning; identify digital tools for executive functioning in UDL implementation; implement the use of one of the tools for executive functioning; and evaluate the effectiveness of the tool for executive functioning based on student data.

Pupil Outcomes:
Students will participate in the general curriculum through the use of an executive functioning tool.
