Welcome to Blountstown Middle School's website! Blountstown Middle School is located in the Panhandle of Florida in the Rural Community Town of Blountstown. Blountstown Middle School is located in Calhoun County, a rural county in Northwest Florida bordered by the Apalachicola River on the east. Blountstown Middle School's beautiful campus is located only yards away from the Historic Apalachicola River. BMS is one of five schools in the district and is the only school serving grades 6-8 exclusively. The school is located in Blountstown, the county seat. It has a population of approximately 300 students and a faculty comprised of 24 full time personnel and 2 teachers shared with other schools in the district.
