Hello. My name is Stephanie Brogden and I am the Guidance Counselor at Blountstown Middle School. I taught math at BMS for the past six years. I recently graduated from Troy State University with a Master's degree in Guidance and Counseling. Please free to stop by my office to share any concerns about your child with me. Keep checking the guidance website for any new information concerning your child's education.

The guidance office offers assistance to students and parents regarding enrollment and registration, student services, special education needs, conferences, and withdrawals. Office hours are from 7:45-3:15. For more information, please call (850) 674-8234.

Parent-Teacher Conferences

Parent-Teacher conferences are encouraged as part of each student's educational process. Communication between the home and school is vital to your child's success. Conferences may be arranged through our guidance office. Parents may call to schedule a conferences with an individual teacher or with the student's team of teachers.

7th Grade Immunizations

Before a student enters the 7th grade, the student must have the hepatitis series of shots and a current tetanus. Our school nurse provides these services to our 6th graders.
