Making an Accessible PDF File
- Use Office 2000 or higher
- Use styles to format text, such as titles, heading,
and paragraphs.
- Use "Spacing Before" and "Spacing After" to adjust
space between paragraphs, rather than using return.
- Use the Columns command when you want the look of
columns.
- Use Insert Table or Draw Table to create tables.
- Add alternate text to all images.
- Group all parts of a composite image.
