Important Note for all Partners

DOOR PRIZE AND PARTICIPANT BAG:

All partners have an option to include materials in our conference participant bags. We will assemble 300 participant bags and ask that you send 300 like items. Items can be anything of your choosing (pens, pencils, water bottles, notepads, literature, etc.). If you plan to participate in this option we will need to receive materials by June 30, 2013.

All partners have an opportunity to sponsor a door-prize. Each partner will collect a "bucket of contacts" at their table for the drawing ($50 value or greater suggested). Partner will receive recognition during drawing at conference luncheon on June 18, 2013, with the option to be present during drawing.

June 30, 2013 is the deadline to ensure you receive all of the appropriate recognition in printed conference signage and program. Company artwork and logos must be in pdf, eps, jpg, or ai format AND sent to Bonnie Wertenberger (wertenbergerb@paec.org)
