The 2021 joint PAEC and FloridaLearns Foundation 54th Leadership Conference will take place at the AAA Four Diamond-rated Sheraton Panama City Beach Golf and Spa Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida.

The cut-off date to receive the group rate for reservations is Tuesday, June 22, 2021 at 5:00 PM. After the cut-off date, it is at the hotel’s discretion to accept additional reservations, which will be subject to availability at the group rate.

NOTE
- The conference negotiated resort fee is $15/night, which is lower than the advertised $30/night. The hotel has informed me they are unable to change the fee stated on their website; however, our guests' receipts should indicate a $15/night fee.

- Rooms at the conference rate will be made available three days prior and three days post event, subject to availability of guest rooms at the time of reservation.
- Cancellation of individual reservations shall be accepted by the hotel, without penalty, up to 72 hours prior to the arrival date.
- An early departure fee of one-night room cost and tax will apply if a group attendee checks out prior to the check-out date confirmed at check-in.
