Our first edition of PAEC Horizon
Welcome to the first edition of our new e-newsletter, The PAEC Horizon. It will be distributed twice a month with a planned print edition each quarter.

We hope you enjoy this newsletter, designed to keep you informed about PAEC events and services, key legislative and other education issues, and news and updates on our school districts.

PAEC now allows teachers an easy-to-use e-Tool to determine their 'highly qualified' status

PAEC introduces an interactive e-Tool to help teachers meet qualification standards outlined in the federal No Child Left Behind Law. In addition, the state has added a few tweaks of its own. But PAEC’s new e-Tool, six months in development, covers all the bases and then some.

It is thanks to their leadership and input that PAEC is able to respond quickly to district needs and to plan future funding initiatives proactively.
