3 years old by September 1, 2005 (Golson only)
What will you need to register your child?
- Certified Birth Certificate (Not the footprint record!)
- Social Security Card
- Proof of ALL Income for all members, including children, in your household. Examples include:
Pay stubs - Four most recent pay stubs
TANF, WAGES, SSI, Social Security, Foster Care
Statement of Child Support
Documentation of any other income family received
