My name is Becki Franklin and I am a KMS and Chipley High School Graduate. I received
my bachelor’s degree from UWF in Pensacola and am working on my Master’s in Special Education.
I teach the Communication Class II for severe and profound developmentally delayed students
K – 4th.
I consider the most important thing when teaching special education is to always maintain
high expectations and to recognize that every child is unique, with their own strengths and
weaknesses. Not even the best student knows what they can achieve until they attempt it.
My greatest thrill is to see a child exceed beyond all expectations
