| My name is Melissa Mosley and I am a Kindergarten teacher at
Kate Smith Elementary School. I graduated from Florida State University in 1992
with a four-year Bachelor’s Degree. I took education classes at Chipola Junior
College to acquire my permanent teaching certification. I began working at Kate
Smith Elementary, first as a paraprofessional, then as a second grade teacher,
and I am currently working in kindergarten. I have an older son and a younger
daughter, both who attend local schools. My desire to work in the education
field transpired from working with children by volunteering and helping the
teachers in my own children’s classes as they started school. “My Goal as a
Teacher is to Inspire Students to Learn.”
