The PAEC Legislative Appropriation for Regional Consortia Services Grant for 2016-2017 will address identified needs from results of the needs assessment survey, feedback from district staff and directives from the PAEC Board of Directors and the Florida Department of Education. The greatest priority is consistently focused upon increasing student achievement within the 14 member districts.
Strategic initiatives that will be carried out through this appropriation are support for the implementation and understanding of the Florida Standards to achieve the Department's mission and PAEC Development Program for school leaders. Funding will also support the coordination, management, and delivery of all PAEC projects and services which assist districts in improving student achievement and maximizing resources.
