STEM Summer Challenge Registration
Thank you for your willingness to recruit current 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students for the Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University STEM Challenge 2025! As a recruiter, you will need to do the following:
- Promotion & Awareness: Share camp information with students using provided posters, flyers, and digital promotion.
- Recruitment: Fill designated slots with interested students.
- Form Collection & Submission: Collect, scan, and submit all required forms, to include:
- Registration Form
- Media Release
- Aerospace Safety Contract
- District/School-Approved Off-Campus Activity/Emergency Medical Release
- Transportation & Logistical Information: Help students and parents understand transportation details.
- Stipend Documentation: Complete the documentation log of recruitment tasks and obtain your principal’s signature. Email signed documentation log and stipend invoice to Katrina Roddenberry at katrina.roddenberry@paec.org.

Registration Instructions.
Download and print the Aerospace Safety contract, media release form, and the corresponding registration form for your district below. Have the parent/guardian and student sign the forms and return them to the assigned STEM Summer Challenge recruiter. To complete registration, each recruiter must upload all forms, including the District/School-Approved Off-Campus Activity/Emergency Medical Release form.

For each student, scan all four required documents as one PDF file and name the file with the following naming convention.
SchoolName_StudentLastName_FirstInitial.pdf ➡ Ex. Altha_Smith_J.pdf
