PAEC believes it is critical that districts have a well thought out, inclusive strategic plan to maximize their budgets, personnel, and student achievement. Annually, PAEC provides districts with a full day of strategic planning where they are able to revisit their mission and vision, set goals, and identify tactics to achieve their goals. Each district that participates leaves with a 5-year strategic plan, a 1-year tactical plan, and a poster to help display their vision.
