Computer Tutors Enrollment Process

We are excited to announce that the Computer Tutors Class Pass is now open to all PAEC member districts.

Here are the key details:

  • Instructor-Led Courses: Available live only (no on-demand courses available) due to lab requirements.
  • Course Range: From IT professional courses (Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Administration) to non-technical end-user courses (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
  • Format: Most courses are available both in-person and virtually. Some workshops may require in-person attendance due to lab needs.
  • Materials Cost: While training courses are free for member districts, some courses have additional material costs (such as certification exams, books and/or lab fees) that are not covered by the PAEC Class Pass contract. Each district will be responsible for these costs, which vary by course.

Registration.

Forms will only be processed for registrations when all required information is provided, including course details, student information, district billing contact information, and the form is signed.

Registrations are processed within 24/48 business hours and seats are first come, first serve. Enrollment Confirmations will be emailed once processed and the student will receive a reminder the Wednesday before the class start date. Payment for book/lab fees is due no later than the Monday of the class start date

Rescheduling/Cancellation.

  • Email cancellations to Enroll@computertutorsusa.com.
  • MOC class cancellations must be made by the Monday before the class start date. All other class cancellations must be submitted by the Thursday before the class start date to avoid charges.

Schedule Changes.

While Computer Tutors strives to hold all classes as scheduled, Computer Tutors reserve the right to cancel or reschedule as necessary. Registered students will be notified promptly in such cases.
