
The Large conference room has been undergoing some major technology upgrades. We are glad to announce that Phase 1 of the technology upgrades are now complete. We hope the upgrades and new layout will improve functionality and ease of use. Below are more details in the technology areas that were upgraded.
Video Upgrades.
- 2 x Motorized projections screens.
- 2 x Laser projectors capable of a 6′ x 12 ‘ image at 6000 lumens.
- 1 x Wacom 24″ in screen with a digitizer pen for presenter to use as a annotation device.


Audio Upgrades.
- New speakers were installed to provide better audio quality.
- Mobile conference room microphones with noise canceling capabilities to pick up speech for video/audio virtual meetings. (System is compatible with all video conferencing apps.)
- One hand-held and one lav mics to amplify in house audio pickup. (System also works with all video conferencing apps.)
- One podium microphone at the lectern for in house audio. (System also works with all video conferencing apps.)
Camera Upgrades.
- 1 PTZ (Pan/Tilt/Zoom) cameras with 10X optical zoom. Setup in the back of the room above the closet door.
- Document camera placed at the computer lectern.
Note: All the cameras are compatible with all video conferencing apps. Cameras can only be used with conference room computer.

Controls and Additional Addons.
- A/V controller at the computer lectern that controls projectors, screens, and audio for the room. The controller is setup with two startup modes for different presentation options.
- Mode 1 is labeled “All On”. The “All On” touch button will turn on both projectors, bring down both screens, and enable audio in the room.
- Mode 2 is labeled “Projector 1 Only”. The “Projector 1 Only” touch button will enable the projector and screen closet to the entrance door.
- Second HDMI connection now available for presenters to connect their devices.
- Lectern will house several HDMI adapters.

Board of Director’s Conference Room: Technology Updates
The Board of Director’s conference room has been undergoing some major technology upgrades. We are glad to announce that the upgrades to the room are now complete. We hope the upgrades will improve functionality and ease of use, as well as, provide more options for room setup. Below are more details in the technology areas that were upgraded.

- A 85″ Touch panel in the front of the room that can be used by presenter or as a visual display.
- Three 65″ touch panels that can be used as visual displays, breakout displays for participants to use as whiteboards, or as screen cast devices to share content via mobile devices.
- One 6000 Lumen projector that will display a 6 X 12 image.




Camera Upgrades.
- Two PTZ (Pan/Tilt/Zoom) cameras with 10X optical zoom. One setup in the front of the room above the large touch panel and one setup at the back of the room near the closet.
- A PTZ camera controller setup at the computer lectern to control camera position and camera zoom.
- Document camera placed at the computer lectern.
- Camera switcher to choose camera source.
Note: All the cameras are compatible with all video conferencing apps. Cameras can only be used with conference room computer.

- A/V controller at the computer lectern controls displays and audio for the room. The controller is setup with four startup modes for different presentation options.
- Additional lectern placed at the large touch panel for presenter to place laptop.
- All panels can be connected to via an HDMI cable for video and audio and USB for touch capabilities.


The IT department will be setting up a few training sessions to instruct staff on the use of all the equipment and setup options for meeting.
