Regional Spring Mini Conference

Celebrating Successful Spring Events and Strong Partnerships

This spring has been full of impactful events and meaningful collaboration!

On April 11, 2025, we hosted a Mini Conference at the Dunlap Champions Club, and it was a tremendous success. With a great turnout and powerful presentations, the event provided valuable insights and fostered important conversations around student support and educational equity. We’re grateful to all the presenters and participants who helped make the day both informative and inspiring.

More recently, on May 10, 2025, we had the opportunity to provide training at the Florida Migrant Parent Advisory Council (FMPAC) meeting. The session was marked by enthusiastic parent engagement and thoughtful dialogue. It was encouraging to see such active participation, reflecting the strong commitment of our families to the success of their children.

These events highlight the strong partnership between the Migrant Education Program and the McKinney-Vento Program. By working together, we’re better equipped to support students experiencing homelessness and those from migratory backgrounds, ensuring they have the resources and opportunities they need to thrive.

Thank you to everyone who made these events possible. We look forward to building on this momentum in the months ahead!
