Grow, inspire, and thrive at the 59th Annual PAEC and FloridaLearns Foundation Leadership Conference. With the theme Growing Greatness, this year’s conference will cultivate opportunities for leaders to nurture potential, inspire meaningful change, harvest success, and remain rooted in purpose. Together, we will explore how to cultivate mindsets, foster resilience, and lead in ways that allow others to bloom.
PAEC proudly serves 15 small and rural member districts in Florida’s Panhandle and is committed to supporting leaders who grow greatness in their schools, communities, and beyond.
The conference will begin at 1:00 PM Central on Monday, July 27, 2026, and conclude the afternoon of Wednesday, July 29, 2026 at the Baytowne Conference Center, located within the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort in Miramar Beach, Florida.
